Eaton Behavioral Health (EBH) provides outpatient care for substance use treatment and recovery at the Charlotte, MI, office of BEDHD. We serve both adolescent and adult clients.
EBH provides three levels of care as defined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine Treatment (ASAM) Criteria-Third Edition, for Addictive, Substance-Related and Co-Occurring conditions for adults, adolescents, and their families. Specifically, EBH provides Early Intervention (0.5), Outpatient (1), and Intensive Outpatient (2.1) levels of care for Substance Use Disorder and Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance related treatment services. EBH accepts individuals who are interested in or currently receiving medication-assisted treatment (MAT). In addition, EBH provides a Prevention-Early Intervention program for adolescents and their families.
