The Access Center in Sarasota provides free screening and short-term counseling services to individuals and families in crisis. The center is open from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday, and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The program provides crisis support and counseling; mental health/substance abuse screenings; and referral to mental health/substance abuse treatment services.
